Kathleen McClung writes poetry, fiction, and memoir. Honors include the 2012 Rita Dove Poetry Award, the 2012 National Poetry Prize from the Cultural Center of Cape Cod, and prizes from the Soul-Making Keats Literary Competition, Robert Frost Foundation, Sacramento Poetry Center, Chicagoland Poetry Contest, Portland Pen Poetry Contest, and Dancing Poetry Contest.
A native of California, Kathleen lives in San Francisco and teaches at Skyline College and the Writing Salon.
