Kim Nelson is an award-winning author whose published works include the non-fiction “A Desert Gardener’s Companion” (Rio Nuevo Publishers, 2001), recipient of Foreword Magazine’s Book of The Year Award, and “Southwest Kitchen Garden” (Rio Nuevo Publishers, 2002). In May 2011 her first poetry chapbook, “Woman’s Evolution” will be released by Finishing Line Press.

Nelson lives in Tucson, Arizona where she writes, creates art, plays and gardens, and loves her life.
