Meredith’s writing takes me on a deep dive into the magical Yuba river where she shares her deepest longings and connections to herself and the holy place of the Yuba. I especially love reading this when I want to feel transported into nature and into a deeper part of myself through her experience.

“What Dali did with paint Heller does with words. These days while most people are falling down rabbit holes, Heller is your essential guide out of any despondent abyss. Follow her if you want your senses awakened, your soul touched. Better yet, chase her deep into the wood…NOW!”
Anne Pallie –
“Meredith’s poetry flows from her heart into your blood. Here is a poet who has felt pain but who has survived because of her sheer love of life and nature. In this difficult dark time, her poetry is an elixir.”
