    A thoroughly uplifting read ! I highly recommend !

  4. Jane (verified owner)

This book is more than just one poem after another. Using photographs and pictures, Kerri ties them to the themes of her poems. Through her poetry, Kerri gives readers a glimpse into her life and encourages others to “fly” and follow their dreams.

  5. Susan Mahoney, Kewanna Indiana

Kerri’s poetry uses imagery that is vivid and on the mark. The reader gets a taste of some of the sights, sounds and feeling of living in a big city. There’s a hint of loneliness, but not a drop of pity. Kerri’s lines are spare and show a quiet strength as she points to simple pleasures, like the sunshine glimpsed in a rain puddle, that make life sweet.

  6. Caroline

The poems in Kerri Davidson’s book ‘How to Fly’ follow her theme of spreading your wings. She expresses her emotions so well, and I have several favorites among the poems. I highly recommend this book!
