Steve Brammell’s poems and short stories have appeared in various literary journals and commercial magazines. His book of short stories, “RED MOUNTAIN CUT”, was recently published by Finishing Line Press. The poems in this chapbook were written over the last three years and reflect the author’s relationship with his past, myth, and the natural world, while living in a large city teetering on the edge of chaos during a pandemic. He is a member of the Indiana Writers Center and a graduate of Wabash College. Besides a long career as a freelance writer, he also has had a parallel career in the restaurant and wine business. He lives in Indianapolis.
