“halfway crosses time, distance, and breath to explore how grief keeps us connected. These poems are part-solace, part-prayer rage-screamed at a vengeful god. Don’t let these poems’ brevity fool you: Jenny Moyer fully captures the emotional spectrum and complexity of loss in this gut-punching collection.”

“halfway haunts the hollow spaces, etching out the aches where the grief gets in. It asks us to celebrate the love that remains after loss and mourn the memories we never got to make. This book epitomizes the adage that in order to heal, you need to feel. Let these words guide you through the agony and monotony and joy of grief into a space of healing.”
–Morgan DePue, Poet and Lecturer at Appalachian State University
