PRAISE:
In The Color of Longing, Philip Kenney invites readers into a quiet world where nature and the human heart meet. These luminous haiku distill life to its purest moments from the hush of a pond, the drift of a cloud, to the ache and wonder of being alive. With grace and simplicity, Kenney captures the deep yearning for connection that lives within us all. As “those who sit / and look become / the quiet pond,” we are reminded that stillness itself can be a form of love, and that joy often blooms in the simplest things.
