A critic commented, “These are not poems, they are vignettes.” Pamela Rasso says “‘Vignettes’ is perfectly fine with me.” With me, too. Rasso takes us on her travels to the land of poetry, sometimes in hotrods skiing on 2 wheels, sometimes on elevators, sometimes on foot as she watches a pimp place his “little toy boy” in a client’s car. Her prose packs the punch of poetry. That’s all I need.

A very fine collection on the apprenticeship to adulthood.
