Lisa St. John captures that hard-to-capture essence of feeling. Feelings about one’s mother, feelings about loss, and about desire ,and about acceptance.  Her chapbook reflects a person who spends so much of her time reading the works of others that it eventually rubs off, giving her an ability to describe and to move people with her simple and eloquent writing.

“Love the images, emotions, and thought provoking prose in Lisa St.John‘s poetry!”
