Eva M. Schlesinger is the author of Remembering the Walker and Wheelchair: poems of grief and healing (Finishing Line Press, 2008). Her sequel, Protest, has been a finalist for the 2020 A3 Press Chapbook Contest and the 2018 Wolf Ridge Press Narrative/ Poetic Medicine Chapbook Award as well as a semifinalist for the 2022 Grayson Books Chapbook Competition. Eva is also the recipient of the 2003 Literal Latte Food Verse Award and the author of three dancing girl press titles, for which she designed the covers: Ninnies Who Whinny (2017), Ode 2 Codes & Codfish (2013), and View From My Banilla Vanilla Villa (2010).
