PRAISE:
In Brian Miller’s aptly-named Suncatcher, he explores love, childhood, and religious faith in moving and light-filled poems. Through striking images drawn from everyday life, Miller frequently invites readers to see the familiar world in fresh ways. These poems point us toward the possibility of hope and renewal.
–Caitlin Doyle, Published poet
Brian Miller’s chapbook reminds us of the power of quiet love. The poems in Suncatcher refresh how we see the mundane—from “particles” on the “coffee table” to “smoke in the sky,” from “fragile glass” to “raindrops.” Miller’s gorgeous poems slow time. They soften the edges of what’s difficult. They make every day extraordinary.
